Aryeh holds certifications in change management and Lean Six Sigma and has successfully led multiple large-scale initiatives and projects that enhanced talent strategy, operations, and brand. Notable achievements include expanding Comcast's market presence in new regions, implementing innovative technology solutions to optimize performance and engagement, designing and delivering employee development programs, and creating and executing a comprehensive DE&I roadmap. Aryeh is also an active board member and advisor for organizations that promote education, leadership, and diversity.
Rosa Santos is the Vice President of Talent and Organization Effectiveness at PepsiCo Beverages North America, where she has been driving talent strategy and organizational development since 2015. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development and HR, Rosa has held senior roles at major global organizations including The World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and BP. She co-founded the WhatRules?! Podcast, focused on advancing multicultural women in leadership, and has been a thought leader on talent management and diversity for several years. Previously, she led leadership programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has a proven track record of building strong, agile teams that thrive in complex environments. Rosa's expertise spans leadership development, change management, and fostering organizational growth across industries.
Genice Daniels is a senior-level global human resources leader with extensive expertise in developing and implementing organizational strategies for multinational companies. With a proven track record in advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders, Genice excels in setting strategic operational agendas and delivering impactful results. She is Senior Director of Human Resources at McCain Foods, where she drives organizational and people capabilities for the North America Appetizers business. Genice manages a multi-state team and collaborates with senior leaders to transform business operations and enhance performance.
Previously, she served as a Human Resources Director at Kerry, where she provided strategic counsel and led people and operational innovations across multiple food manufacturing sites. Genice’s experience also includes significant roles at Kraft Heinz, where she managed HR consultation for various business units and led cost-saving initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. focused on Organizational Culture and Performance.
