: Kalifa Oliver, Ph.D. is an international experience coach, executive advisor, keynote speaker, author, and expert on building brilliant experiences using people-centered design and analytics. She has consulted for several companies and industries including tech start-ups, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies to help them reposition their culture and employer value proposition - with a focus on employee experience and people analytics. She is also a dynamic speaker who coaches leaders on reaching their leadership goals through taking control of their voice, space, and energy, and through walking into their Main Character Season. She is the author of I Think I Love My Job: Secrets to Designing a People-Centered Employer Value Proposition (That You Can Actually Boast About) a must read book for professionals and executives connected to the HR space. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Dr. Oliver has her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University, Certification in People Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and is a proud graduate of Benedict College, an HBCU in Columbia, South Carolina.

Reporting to the VP of Global People Analytics, Culture, Strategy & Planning, Brandy oversees a team focused on advanced analytics, employee lifecycle insights, HR metrics, and analytics enablement. With over a decade of experience across roles at Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo, and Johnson & Johnson, she has developed and implemented data-driven strategies to enhance workforce decision-making. Brandy has a strong background in leading complex, global projects that support evidence-based decision-making and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data to advance people strategies in large-scale organizations. Known for her dedication to team development, she prioritizes effective communication to translate analytics into actionable insights for HR leaders. Brandy holds a personal passion for continuous learning, both for herself and in supporting others, fostering an environment where data and research drive impactful outcomes.
Roxanne is a Data-Driven Talent and People Analytics Leader with 20+ years of experience in both high-growth and multinational environments. She has expertise in designing and executing data-driven global talent and employee listening programs that drive organizational success. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex organizational landscapes in diverse industries, and in ensuring effective implementation of enterprise-wide programs. Committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and developing high-performing teams.
Natalie Loderboym Mano is the Global Tech Venturing & Innovation Director at PepsiCo, where she leads partnerships with innovative startups to address the company’s strategic goals. With a background as a venture capitalist and M&A lawyer, she brings extensive experience in working with startups and developing cross-functional projects that foster long-term partnerships.
Natalie is an active member of Global Women in VC, focusing on creating opportunities for women in the venture capital space. She also mentors aspiring entrepreneurs at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship and previously served as Director of Value Creation at Qumra Capital, where she facilitated strategic partnerships and business development opportunities.
