In today’s complex, fast-evolving global business environment, talent management must go beyond traditional boundaries to truly drive value and impact. This presentation explores how a dedicated Global Talent Management Strategy Center of Excellence (CoE) is not only defining but also implementing a cohesive and scalable talent management strategy across a large, matrixed international organization. We will delve into how talent management can be effectively embedded across diverse business units, regions, and roles—while also fostering cross-organizational mobility and career development. Special focus will be given to the challenges and opportunities of operating in a matrix organization structure, where alignment of processes and operating models across functions and geographies is critical for success. Through practical insights and real-world examples, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to build an integrated, agile, and future-ready talent ecosystem that supports both business goals and employee growth.
