Thomas is the global Talent Product Director at the LEGO Group where he is responsible for digitization of all Talent & Development related areas. The past 15 years Thomas has been involved in company turnarounds, HR transformation and HRIT implementation projects both as HR lead and management consultant with global companies like Vestas Wind Systems and Arla Foods. Prior, he worked within management consulting with market leading clients on strategy, product development, sales, and marketing. Thomas holds an M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
I get up in the morning and look forward to my drive to work where I have the most awesome colleagues who challenges, inspires, and help me grow and development. My current area of responsibility impacts all employees at the LEGO Group which carries a huge responsibility to ensure smooth and stable daily operations as well as creating and launching initiatives that impact our ability to hire, retain and develop the builders of tomorrow.
