My entire 12 years at the firm has been in the intranet department (called JonesLink) and I've held almost every role in the department. I became the Department Leader in June of 2023.
My leadership style is focused around compassion and personal growth. I strive to understand each individual's intrinsic core motivators to help them achieve success as they define it. I believe that Edward Jones' culture of continuous learning and human-centeredness enables individuals to excel. The skills and mindsets we learn here inspire positive change in our personal lives as well, and that enables an overall improved community and society. It gives me great joy to feel like I'm helping people achieve their goals, and I find a deeper purpose in seeing that the impact of that is far-reaching.
