With 17 years of diverse HR experience across public and private sectors, I am the Head of Talent Management & People Partnering at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, a global health partnership that aims to save lives and protect health through immunization. I hold a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Psychology from the University of London International Programmes, as well as certifications in mediation, coaching, and MBTI.

In my current role, I lead a team of talent professionals who support the organization's strategic and operational objectives by designing and delivering practical and impactful talent development solutions, creating trustful relationships with business stakeholders, colleagues, and team members, and leading the implementation of systems and initiatives that drive best practices and continuous improvement.
