As the Global Head of Precision Talent and Executive Scouting at Novartis, Erin leads a cross-functional team focused on identifying and securing top-tier talent for the organization. Under her leadership, Novartis has saved approximately $70 million in cost avoidance fees by pioneering a best-in-class talent scouting strategy and implementing innovative talent practices across the company.
Erin's expertise spans talent acquisition, executive search, HR analytics, leadership coaching, and strategic leadership initiatives. She is a certified ICF coach with a mission to stimulate growth and development at all levels of the organization. Erin is also an active PRIDE Ambassador and a member of Chief, a network for women leaders.
