-Strategy: I lead with a strategic mindset, and am leading the HR strategic planning process. I use analytics to measure talent progress, continually improving our function.
-Moving talent to enable business strategy and fulfill career goals: I embed metrics into core HR programs to make sure the right talent is in the right job, at the right time, for the right cost. This applies to Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Diversity - just about everything HR touches.
-Analytics and Technology: Building and strengthening measurement and technology strategies and capabilities is, frankly, my idea of having fun and helping HR and leaders use the insights it generates makes my day even better.
-Diversity: I believe in the powers of diversity and culture of inclusion; a value which led me and my team to contribute to BSC's diversity initiatives, and that culminated in winning the prestigious Catalyst Award.
-Employee Experience and Engagement: I have experience and deep knowledge of disciplines across talent management and co-authored the book "RESPECT: Delivering Results by Giving Employees What They Want." I believe in servant leadership, being authentic, open thinking, and building strong relationships that support candid, kind conversations.
