Marmon’s digital workplace, @Marmon, serves as a hub for communications and knowledge management, enabling the company’s 30K employees to connect with people, processes, and information. A lot happens in a day at Marmon and their digital workplace is keeping employees engaged and informed. As usage of the digital workplace has expanded and word has spread, Marmon companies are leveraging this digital transformation by developing their own digital workplaces, each connected to the central hub. This strategy unifies businesses under the corporate parent whole while giving each business autonomy within their own digital environment.

Brad Rooke, CPP is the Senior Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager for Igloo Software. Brad’s passion for customers and the stories they tell has allowed him to produce amazing content highlighting those stories, including webinars, thought leadership, and Igloo’s ICE Tour and Inspire Events. Prior to his role in customer advocacy, Brad served as a Customer Success Solutions Consultant, working together with customers across many verticals to strategize on digital transformation initiatives and spotlight their digital workplaces within their organizations. Whether it’s collaborating on a presentation or working closely with a customer on their digital workplace, customer interactions and the relationships they form are the secret sauce that make Brad’s day.
Brad’s background lies in Corporate Security, where he worked as an Incident Management Solutions Engineer and prior to that, as a frontline Security Manager in the gaming industry. Brad achieved his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation in 2013. Brad resides in Ontario, Canada.
Jennifer Sampson serves as the Vice President, Communications at Marmon Holdings, Inc. In this role, Jen is involved in every aspect of the company’s internal and external communications. She works in partnership with Marmon’s leaders to build and enhance the company’s brand and strengthen the effectiveness of communications across the organization’s 120 companies and 30,000 employees.
