We will look at implementing strategies to improve the user experience on your intranet, which can lead to significant engagement and productivity gains with minimal disruption. Utilizing tools like heat maps, content purges and keyword tagging, while focusing on adapting to user behavior, ensures that the changes are both user-centric and impactful.

Currently, I work on the Global Corporate Communications team, specializing in digital strategy and data and analytics, leading the company in internal channel strategy and editorial execution, as well as understanding how our employees are consuming communications. I am also the Communications Lead for our Employee Resource Group, OPEN, which focuses on our LGBTQ+ local community, employees and allies.
Previously, I have led different parts of the team and held multiple responsibilities, including writing content for both an internal and external audience, managing global communications, supporting CEO communications, owning our corporate Facebook presence, supporting our IT, HR, Legal and Compliance, Corporate Giving functions, leading the Diversity and Inclusion communications and assisting with global internal campaigns from A to Z.
In 2021, I graduated with my Master's in Digital Communications from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Go Tar Heels!
In 2012, I graduated with my bachelor's in communications with a focus in public relations with minors in business administration and psychology. During my undergrad time, I also studied American Sign Language.
