As Vice President of Talent Management and Acquisition at Comcast, Aryeh Lehrer oversees the end-to-end talent lifecycle for one of the world's largest media, entertainment, and communications providers. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Aryeh is passionate about creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across the organization.

Aryeh holds certifications in change management and Lean Six Sigma and has successfully led multiple large-scale initiatives and projects that enhanced talent strategy, operations, and brand. Notable achievements include expanding Comcast's market presence in new regions, implementing innovative technology solutions to optimize performance and engagement, designing and delivering employee development programs, and creating and executing a comprehensive DE&I roadmap. Aryeh is also an active board member and advisor for organizations that promote education, leadership, and diversity.
